Oranje-Nassau Energie announces another transaction
Amsterdam, 17th July 2013 Oranje-Nassau Energie B.V., only some three weeks after acquiring Noble’s stake in the Hanze oil & gas fields on the Netherlands Continental Shelf, announces today that it has agreed with the German utility company EWE Vertrieb GmbH to acquire all of EWE’s upstream oil and gas assets in the Netherlands.
