Anti-Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement 2019 / 2020

This statement is made pursuant to section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and sets out our approach to ensuring that slavery and human trafficking is not taking place in our supply chains or in any other part of our business.

Our Supply Chain

ONE-Dyas B.V.’s supply chain procedures, and the supply chain procedures of members of its group, play a key role in the pre-qualification of suppliers or service providers, tendering, award and management of contracts.

ONE-Dyas B.V., and members of its group, utilise Achilles FPAL to monitor the Health, Safety and Environmental, Quality, Competence and Corporate Social Responsibility performance of current and potential suppliers. Audits are performed by Achilles FPAL, joint operators and ONE-Dyas B.V. as far as reasonably practical to ensure suppliers and service providers are compliant to all principles and standards required.

Applicable Laws

ONE-Dyas B.V. and members of its group expect its suppliers and service providers to obey national and international standards that require them to treat workers and employees fairly, to provide a safe working environment, and to protect the quality of the working environment.

Training

Employees of both ONE-Dyas B.V. and members of its group will be made aware of our policy on Anti-Slavery and Human Trafficking, and we plan to provide specific training on modern slavery and human trafficking to key procurement and supplier facing personnel.
