CMMS Engineer
Can you help us maintain our industry-leading standards?
ONE-Dyas B.V. is always on the lookout for great people to join us on our journey to near-zero. We know that our success in North Sea exploration and production is powered by people and we value our talented and motivated employees accordingly.
Our ambitious plans for expansion are opening up exceptional opportunities for professionals who share our commitment to innovation and technical excellence.
We are now looking for a CMMS Engineer
In a nutshell, you’ll administer all feedback from maintenance and inspection reports from all ONE-Dyas operated offshore assets in our maintenance software system. Not only that, but you’ll also evaluate the data received to create follow up work orders for both Preventive Maintenance and Corrective Maintenance activities.
You’ll provide all the support required for any and every issue related to the efficient operation of the CMMS. And don’t relax just yet, because you’ll also keep Management and Operations teams up to date with the status of maintenance activities. (That’s not all on your first day, by the way.)
One day you may be upgrading the descriptions of PM work orders based on evaluated data. The next, you’re verifying that work orders comply with all statutory and company rules and regulations. Or perhaps you’re making sure all the relevant data is being correctly managed throughout the entire lifecycle of all relevant installations.
One thing you can be sure of: this is a wide-ranging, far-reaching role with plenty of variety to make sure every week is just as interesting as the last. Especially since you’ll be working alongside some of the most accomplished minds in the industry, playing your part in a community of innovators aiming to make a positive impact on the industry and on the planet.
So…who are we looking for?
You’re the proud holder of an engineering degree (HTS, HND or equivalent). And you’ve gone on to gain at least five years of relevant experience working both with Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (Maximo technical knowledge is really a plus) and maintenance activities – preferably within the oil and gas industry. Passionate advocate about the strategic role played by an efficient CMMS? You’re going to fit right in.
Your long list of can-do-skills includes the ability to (deep breath): process computer data; format and generate reports; advise and train CMMS users; and analyse and improve business processes related to the CMMS environment to name just a few.
Clear communications are also your thing, whether you’re talking to maintenance personnel, writing a report, or presenting a concept.
And finally, you’re eligible to work in The Netherlands.
And what about us?
As the largest privately owned upstream oil and gas company in The Netherlands, we think big. But we act small. That means we’re bold, ambitious, and entrepreneurial. And at the same time we’re a real team who enjoy working closely together.
We’re always open to new ideas and we enjoy the freedom to organise our own work. Above all, we really do value our people and do everything we can to take good care of them.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join us at an exciting yet challenging time as we continue to develop the processes that support our shift to near-zero production. If you’re driven by the idea of creating a better, more sustainable future, ONE-Dyas might just be the place for you.
The at-a-glance requirements
Your education: Engineering degree – HTS, HND or equivalent.
Employment Type: Full time.
Your languages: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English.
Where you’ll work: De Zuidas, Amsterdam, Netherlands

CCUS Reservoir Engineer
Engineer your next opportunity in CCUS
ONE-Dyas B.V. is always on the lookout for great people to join us on our journey to near-zero. We know that our success in North Sea exploration and production is powered by people. And we value our talented and motivated employees accordingly.
Our ambitious plans for portfolio growth and diversification are opening up exceptional opportunities for professionals who share our commitment to innovation and technical excellence.
We are now looking for a CCUS Reservoir Engineer
We believe that carbon capture, utilisation and storage (CCUS) have a significant role to play in achieving our ambitious sustainability goals. As a CCUS Reservoir Engineer, you will play a key role in implementing and progressing our strategy.
Your role is all about the development of CCUS opportunities across our operated and non-operated portfolio. Your reservoir engineering expertise will help to drive the identification, screening, and assessment of reservoirs suitable for CO2 storage. Working closely with our production and facilities engineers, you’ll then come up with smart ideas for de-risking, developing, and maturing these opportunities.
There’s certainly no such thing as an average day. Assessing field CO2 storage capacity, predicting field performance under CO2 storage conditions, and generating CO2 injection profiles just scratch the surface. You will also be analysing and quantifying potential leak paths. Assessing risks and uncertainties. Assisting in flow assurance, well design, facilities design, and commercial negotiations. At times, you will even support our E&P teams with performing reservoir performance evaluations on our new low-carbon developments.
One thing you can be sure of: this is a wide-ranging, far-reaching role with plenty of variety to make sure every week is just as interesting as the last. Especially since you’ll be working alongside some of the most accomplished minds in the industry, playing your part in a community of innovators aiming to make a positive impact on the sector and on the planet.
So…who are we looking for?
This is a dynamic and hands-on position offering the freedom to leverage your subsurface expertise, develop your technical understanding, and make a meaningful contribution to the European energy transition. So you’ll need to be the kind of creative, pragmatic, analytical thinker who goes out and makes things happen. You see the big picture. You enjoy challenges. And you have the expertise to solve them.
That comes from at least 10-years’ experience in oil and/or gas projects, including reservoir simulation. A good understanding of the subsurface risks and uncertainties with respect to carbon storage comes as standard. You’re also proud of a proven track record of delivering complex integrated subsurface studies and models. And in a perfect world, you’ve already worked on a CCUS project.
More than experience, though, you have a real affinity with technological developments in carbon capture, transport, and sequestration.
And who are we?
ONE-Dyas is the largest privately owned upstream oil and gas company in The Netherlands. We’re bold, ambitious, and entrepreneurial. At the same time, we’re a real team that works closely together.
We’re always open to new ideas, enjoy the freedom to organise our own work, and value our diversity. Above all, we put people at the heart of everything we do, providing equal opportunities to all our colleagues and doing everything we can to take good care of them.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join us at an exciting yet challenging time as we continue to develop the processes that support our shift to near-zero-emission production. If you’re driven by the idea of creating a better, more sustainable future, ONE-Dyas might just be the place for you.
The at-a-glance requirements
Your education: Relevant master’s degree such as Petroleum Engineering.
Employment Type: Full-time.
Your languages: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Dutch would be a plus.

We believe that carbon capture, utilisation and storage (CCUS) have a significant role to play in achieving our ambitious sustainability goals. As a CCUS Commercial Advisor, you will play a key role in implementing and progressing our CCUS and near-zero strategy.
Your role will include identifying and maturing CCUS opportunities from capture to transport to storage. Supporting the development and evaluation of CCUS business cases in the ONE-Dyas North Sea portfolio. And conducting market analysis and early phase identification of potential demand sources, partnerships, and competitor landscape. That’s just the start.
You’ll also support commercial negotiations and build relationships with potential customers, industry partners, and stakeholders across the value chain. After a quick coffee, you might get started with structuring, negotiating, and managing commercial agreements for CO2 transportation and storage services. And while you’re on a roll, you’ll also advocate our CCUS and broader energy transition initiatives among regional, national, and EU policy makers.

Preferably with a background in natural gas, LNG, utilities, or hydrogen. And ideally having previously worked on a CCUS project. Structuring, negotiating, and delivering commercial agreements in complex joint venture environments is nothing new.
More than just experience, however, you also have a real passion for the energy sector and the energy transition. That much is clear from your in-depth understanding of the broader energy transition landscape, emerging CO2 technologies, partnerships, ecosystems, and policy frameworks.
