Our ambitious plans for expansion are opening up a range of new opportunities out in the field and right here at our Amsterdam HQ.

We are now looking for a Human Resources Manager.

This is a really exciting time and, as you can imagine, it means that we’re getting busy. Which is why we need someone like you.

As part of our close-knit HR team, you’ll quickly establish yourself as the trusted go-to expert for your colleagues. You’ll be there to provide the answers they need, as well as offering the proactive advice that makes everybody’s lives that little bit easier. And you’ll be appreciated for it.

As an expert, advisor, decision-maker, networker, trouble-shooter, multi-tasker… let’s just say you won’t get bored.

So…who are we looking for?

In a word, you’re a pro. Ideally, you’ll have 10 years or more in an operational as well as corporate environment. Deep knowledge of Dutch labour law. Experience in the oil & gas, understanding of English labour law and payroll processes would be very nice but is not a must have.

As a people-person (obviously), you’re down-to-earth, autonomous, resilient, flexible, and most definitely very amiable. After all, you’ll be the interface between colleagues in the different departments, office and production locations, external partners as varied as lawyers, lease car providers, benefits consultants, insurance companies, employment agencies and accountants.

At the same time, you like to get stuck in and don’t have any problems juggling several tasks simultaneously. Drafting agreements, ensuring compliance, monitoring metrics, you name it. You’ll be a fount of tactical, strategic and operational knowledge across every aspect of HR. Together with the team, you’ll put that expertise to work by evolving the way HR works here.

Needless to say, you’re eligible to work in The Netherlands and speak Dutch and English fluently.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work at the cutting edge of next-generation North Sea operations. And there’s never been a better time to get started.
